Thank you to Coach Kellye, Alexa, Madison, and Jo for taking the time out of their busy schedules to attend 2025 USAG Region 5 Congress this past weekend!

Region 5 Congress is a weekend long event where coaches and judges from the states making up Region 5 (Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky) collaborate to provide education and learning opportunities to further our programs and gymnasts development and success.

We're so excited to share what we've learned when we all return from break!

Our last parents night out of the school year! Join us for a fun filled night!!!

Make your plans for next Friday, we're hosting the last Parent's Night out until next school year! 🥳

Drop your children off here at the Defiance Area YMCA from 6 PM - 9PM next Friday night for games, crafts, a movie, and snacks. 🌟

CONGRATS GYMSTARS!!!

We loved getting our team together this past Sunday to celebrate all of their accomplishments and growth this season! Each and every one of them have a key role on our team bringing positivity, joy, and laughter. We love and appreciate every single one of you 🩷

The theme across the board for all of our athletes this year was constant small improvements overtime that led to BIG things by the end of the competition season. Way to keep pushing yourselves, holding each other accountable, and giving your very best!

Congrats on a fantastic season and we can't wait to have fun together this summer 🫶🏻

Caselyn had a rocking day at Xcel Regionals!!!

Caselyn placed 12th on vault and 17th in the all around! She showed some serious resilience this week working through a muscle strain and still earning her best score of the season on the floor! A huge shout out to you for your go get em attitude and motivation! Congrats on a fantastic season Caselyn 🩷 You rock!

Dezirea had a great day at Xcel Regionals!!!

Dezirea had one of her best meets yet! 18th place on vault which has improved so much this season! This girl has been working tirelessly at practices to improve the little details and presentation in her routines... and man did it show! Some of the best toe point and extension we've EVER seen from her! We also applaud your quiet but constant and supportive encouragement you offer to those around you! Congrats on an amazing season Dezirae 🩷 You rock!

Makenna had a great day at Xcel Regionals!!!

Makenna's performance at State earned her a spot as a member of Team Ohio at Regionals for her session. Her scores counted toward Ohio's team score competing against Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky.

Makenna set a new season high score on floor today, as well as earning an 11th place finish in the all around! Makenna has truly grown in her first year of Xcel Gold demonstrating excellent drive and effort! Makenna was also "nonchalant" and stealthy when clipping other athletes today ☺️ Congrats on an amazing season Makenna 🫶🏻 You go girl!

Charlee had a great day at Xcel Regionals with a 3RD PLACE FINISH ON BARS!!!

Charlee's performance at State earned her a spot as a member of Team Ohio at Regionals for her session. Her scores counted toward Ohio's team score competing against Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky.

Charlee tied her highest floor score of the season and finished 17th place in the all around! Charlee has been working hard on taking corrections and applying them and it shows! We love to see you continuing to love the sport of gymnastics! Congrats on a rocking season Charlee 🫶🏻 You go girl!

Eirelyn had a booming day at Xcel Regionals!!!

Eirelyn's performance at State earned her a spot as a member of Team Ohio at Regionals for her session. Her scores counted toward Ohio's team score competing against Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky.

Eirelyn earned 7th place on bars with a new personal best score, as well as a 16th place finish in the all around! Eirelyn has continued to focus the little details making lots of good improvements throughout the season! We love continuing to see your drive and motivation shine through! Congrats on a fantastic season Eirelyn 🩷 You go girl!
