Today’s open play was so much fun! The dogs had a wonderful time and so did we. Thank you to the members that came to renew and the new members that joined. We had great weather and all these dogs will nap most of the day. 😴

Join us tomorrow, May 30th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM for our first annual Open Play event at the dog park!

This is a great opportunity to try the park for free, especially if you have been considering a membership but aren't sure how your dog will react. Please note that all dogs must be over six months of age, spayed/neutered, and up to date on all vaccinations. You must provide your dog's paperwork to enter the event.

Event Highlights:

- New members who join during the event will receive $5 off their membership.
- All attendees will be automatically entered into a raffle for a dog bag filled with goodies.
- Dog bones and bags will be available for purchase.

It’s almost time for our annual open play events!

If you have been considering joining the park, this is the perfect opportunity to try it out for free. Please note that you must show proof of vaccinations and spay/neuter status to participate. Additionally, new members who sign up during the event will receive $5 off their membership.

We will be selling packs of eight homemade dog bones for $5, as well as dog-themed tote bags for $5 each. We are also hosting a raffle for a gift basket featuring dog treats, gift cards to local restaurants, and other items. Raffle tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5.

We had such a great time today and loved all the dogs we saw today! Thanks to everyone that stopped and talked to us!

Who’s excited for the Lilac Festival this Saturday? We sure are!! It looks like the weather will be great as well.

We have some really great items from local businesses that we will be raffling off. We also have handmade dog bones for sale and fun tote bags.

Next to us is Wild Sprout clothing. She will have some cute dog sweaters for sale, along with kids clothing! She has a variety of clothes ranging from NB to 10 yrs.

We will be located between Juliet St and Arabella, close to the Dark Horse and St Paul’s Lutheran Church.

Come see us and if you have a dog we want to pet it! We will have water for dogs and treats!

We are fundraising for a new walkway, so we are selling memory bones. You may purchase a bone in memory of a pet or a loved one, and it will be added to the sign with the other memorials and donations.
You can fill out this form and mail it to the Defiance Development and Visitors Bureau or online at defiancebarkandrun.com/bone-fundraiser.
If you have purchased a bone already for the sign, we will be getting those ordered soon and adding them to the sign. We appreciate your support!
