JAM Horse Training is located in Decatur, TX about 30 miles north of Fort Worth. I have been breaking horses for 14 years and training barrel horses for 10 years. I have trained, broke, and rode horses in New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona,Oklahoma and Texas. I specialize in c**t starting, confidence building, taming wild horses, exercising horses that you don't have time to ride everyday,problem horses and barrel horse training as well.

10-year-old Quarter Horse mare looking for her next person!

Zeeanna is started on the barrels and is ready to be hauled and seasoned. She has also been trail ridden and does well in different environments. She is sound and gets along well with other horses.

Temperament is around a 5 — she has some go to her, so an intermediate to experienced rider is preferred, although beginners have ridden her before.

The weather finally cooperated and Romeo got a fresh set of manicured nails for the first time. He didn’t do too bad and the farrier did an amazing job with him and didn’t rush him or push him. I was very happy with him, haven’t seen a farrier like this in awhile and one who shows up when they say they will. 😂

Romeo said to heck with this storm rolling in, I’ll just roll out. 😅😂

First attempt and walked right in. We have farrier coming tomorrow. Wish us luck! 😊🤞🏽 We’ve been working on it but it’ll be a new person so we’ll see how he does.

Romeo is almost ready for his first trim! I need farrier recs for those who are in wise county and have worked with mustangs before and take their time and won’t rush him.

Current trailer loading progress. We are walking up to the trailer now and not throwing a fit or backing up. Now to get those feet in then I think we’ll be in business. He’s getting it. Just takes him a little bit and a few tries to get it down.
