Meet Jackson!

Jackson comes from Bowie kill pen and we’re unsure of his past but he has seemed to have developed a few bad habits and we’re gonna see if we can figure it out and get him riding good.

Took Zee to the arena last week and we did a photoshoot and practice some barrels.

I think this was her first time in an arena. She was a little unsure of the banners and was occupied with everything going on but she did good nontheless.

Hoping to take her back a few more times and then start doing some practice runs. 😊

I tell him what to do, he listens and does it and we all end our day on a good note. 😁👍🏽

Baby will be ready to go home and ride by the end of her 30 days.

3 weeks in and I think he’s gonna make a riding horse after all. 😊

Some doubted me. Some were unsure. Some are still unsure. Some question. But the proof is in the pudding and this guy has made so many changes since the first day he was here.

A little consistency, some sweat and hard work and we are moving our feet now forward instead of up in the air.

Still need to work on her reining and being soft in the mouth but after one week of being here we are now riding. 😊😁

Next step: teach him how to move out and walk out without anyone else around or another horse to follow. He’s more of a follower than a leader. But we’re making progress and that’s all that matters 😊

Baby is coming along good. Just need to work on her reining and softening up in the mouth before we start riding.

We’re about ready to start hauling and doing some time only’s.
