"She is incredibly sweet, quiet, and affectionate. We’ve been calling her Baby Bratwurst for, well, *obvious* reasons. Baby is happy to just be near you and is very undemanding. She is happy to chill out on a cool tile floor, a carpeted corner, or a comfy orthopedic dog bed.

Hi, I'm Thyme! My adventure to Wonder Dogs Rescue ? Oh, it's a funny tale. One day, I decided the grass might just be greener on the other side of a short fence. Spoiler: It wasn't. But it did lead me here, where I've made tons of friends! I'm the fun-loving, tail-wagging type who adores kids and gets along great with other dogs. A bit shy at first, but give me a minute, and we'll be best pals! Looking for a loyal, playful companion? I'm your girl! Let's start our own adventure together! I’m a youthful 2 years old and adoring the idea of a home. Want two dogs? I have a best friend from being a stray—her name is Rosemary and she’s 4 years old. Meet Roxie from Robyn's Nest Rescue! Roxie is an adorable 9-month-old pugador who loves to cuddle and give kisses. She's a smart girl who knows "sit" and "easy" and is learning other commands. Roxie enjoys chewing bones, catching frisbees, going for walks, and chilling on the couch with her people. She is good in the car too and would love to go on outings! She likes to go play with other dogs but wants to come home to be your one and only. Roxie was found as a stray but was quickly housetrained and is looking for her forever home. We are so grateful to Reynolds and Reynolds Associate Foundation for their generous support of our Help Center Program through this grant. It was an honor to join so many incredible organizations at the quarterly grant recipient lunch. Together, we are making a real difference for people and pets across our community. ❤️

Today we held our quarterly grant recipient lunch. What a great way to end a busy week!

Those attending were Breast Wishes Foundation, Crayons to Classrooms, Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley, HTC Dayton, The Live Like Maya Foundation, Robyn's Nest Rescue, SICSA Pet Adoption and Wellness Center, St. Mary’s Food Pantry, and Therapeutic Riding Institute, Inc.

Brukner Nature Center, Ohio Domestic Violence Network, Rehabilitation Center for Neurological Development and Victory Project Inc. also received a quarterly grant but were unable to attend!

❤️Louis❤️
This sweet and bouncy boy is full of energy and loves to explore the world around him. Louis is smart, curious, and does well on walks. He loves to play, especially when he has space to run around. With a little guidance and a lot of love, Louis will make a fun and loyal companion for someone who enjoys an active and playful pup!
🍼Baby🍼
I may be 10 years old, but I'm still a baby at heart. I was brought to SICSA along with my sister after our owner passed away. I've been through a lot of changes, but I'm adjusting like a champ. I've done great meeting kids and have even made some new dog friends! I love being pet all over and . . . probably no surprise here, but I'm very laid-back.
✨Wonder✨
Wonder is an adorable dog looking for a home that can keep up with his shepherd-y energy and sass. He loves roughhousing with other dogs and has done well with respectful cats. He is smart as a whip and would love an adopter who will continue training him to be the best boy he can be.
❤️Maple Bear❤️
This pretty princess is Maple Bear. She’s a shy little lady when she first meets people, but is a big goofy ball of love once she feels safe. The easiest way to win some trust with Maple Bear is by feeding her chicken (her absolute favorite) or cheese.

Remember sweet Finesse from our friends at Montgomery County Animal Resource Center? After spending 142 days in their care (plus 23 days here at SICSA!), this amazing girl has finally found the loving home she truly deserves! ❤️
We are overjoyed for Finesse and so grateful to ARC for caring for her until she made her way to us.
Your sweet girl is HOME! 💕🥹
