🐐 Now Hiring: Farm Help – Milking & Animal Care 🌅🌙

Rusty Star Ranch is looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our team!

📍 Location: Near McMahan, TX
💲 Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)

Morning Positions Available:

We have 2 morning positions open:
• 1 Full-Time or
• 2 Part-Time

🕒 Start Time: 8:00 AM
⏰ Shift Length: Approximately 4–5 hours

Evening Position Available:

We also have 1 evening position open

🕖 Start Time: 7:00 PM

Responsibilities include:
• Milking goats
• Feeding and basic animal care
• Cleaning and maintaining the milking area

Additional hours may be available for other farm tasks depending on interest and availability.

Farm experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and good attitude.

**update we are looking for 1 person 5 days a week or 2 people wanting to work 2 to 4 days a week**

Rusty Star Ranch is looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team for morning goat milking!

📍 Location: Near Lockhart, TX
🕒 Schedule: Morning shift, 2–3 days per week
💲 Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)

Responsibilities include:
• Milking goats
• Basic animal care
• Cleaning and maintaining milking area

Additional hours may be available for other farm tasks depending on interest and availability.

Necromancer kicked off our 2026 kidding season with triplet bucklings!!! Shocked with her being a FF having triplets!!! Unfortunately one was still born. But the other 2 are doing great.

Was glad Necromancer waited until my daughter's birthday party was over before she went into labor.

Now have 20 + FF does due in the next 3 weeks. Then starts the Sr does... have 70+ does due this spring. Will have lots of bottle babies available.

Mini nubian does available. All are currently dry. Just finished milking for 20+ months. Milk stand trained. Not show udders but very productive udders. Great homestead goats.

Mulan - 4 yrs, F1, 3*P chamoise, possibly bred

Hazelnut - 4 yrs, Grade 3, 2*P brown, open

Tiana- 4 yrs, F4, 2*P black solid eats, open

Matoaka- 5 yrs, F7, polled, brown,open
