I had to clean out some Basil and Cuban oregano in the greenhouse because it was getting brown spots. I have new starts of the Oregano and more basil plants so I just took them out. I put the lemon tree in that was outside under the makeshift greenhouse that wasn't protective enough. I cut back the cold burnt leaves on the lemon tree.

I'm sitting in my chair and I hear goats. I look and see the herd in the back pasture( not close to where I'm hearing them),I here them again. Then I see Darcy and Donna in the orchard( all the gates are chained) so I go out to put them back(they came running up to me)in the pasture and the orchard gate is open,the chain came loose somehow.

I didn't see the sunrise this morning,but I did see stars last night. I went to rescue a kid goat stuck in the hay feeder and when I went to pull her out she started flailing and hit me head on. I had a good goose egg and woke to this. I did learn though that you pull them from behind not the front. 😉

Haven't checked the greenhouse in a few days. It was dry but OK. My lemon tree outside was dry also and a few cold burnt...

Haven't checked the greenhouse in a few days. It was dry but OK. My lemon tree outside was dry also and a few cold burnt leaves but it should make it. I started some aloe vera babies,all but one took. Lots of tomatoes on the plant. The outside garden is done except for the spinach.
