We had a very busy week! We are thrilled to share that we found forever homes for 9 of our dogs & cats. Nora, Berrie, Birdie, Sneakers, Bob, Bonita, Chico, Mac, and Daniel have all left the building. We still have dozens of animals waiting and we hope you will stop in Wednesday 3-7pm to meet them. Come and hang out with Garth Saturday 10am-2pm. Our rad Retriever mix is ready to rock his way into your heart. This handsome brindle boy was born on 3/17/24 and he has a TON of love to give. He loves to play, his tail is always wagging, and is is going to bring a lot of fun to the lucky family that adopts him. We always require meet and greets to ensure he will be a perfect fit for a home with other dogs. He is up to date on vaccinations and has been neutered. PLEASE SHARE!

Meet Rosie for the first time Saturday 10am-2pm. This perfect pup will remind you just how sweet life can be. She is a Shih Tzu Terrier mix that has been making hearts melt since 4/4/20. She is a happy girl that can’t wait for a forever home. Rosie has the maturity of an older dog with a youthful soul ready to play the day away with her new family. She is up to date on vaccinations. We are open Saturday 10am-2pm so please stop in to meet this ray of sunshine. Daphne is a VERY good girl that is STILL dreaming of her forever home. She has spent far too long waiting for someone to see how special she is. She was born on 1/21/21 and is a Lab mix. A cozy spot on the couch, daily walks, and the chance to simply be by your side is all that she has ever wanted. She does well on a leash and will never pass up the chance to stop and smell the flowers. She will absolutely remind you to slow down and see the beauty in the little things. She is up to date on vaccinations and is very ready to start the next chapter of her life. Come meet her, look into her eyes, and you will understand exactly why we’re rooting for her. Churro is a 1 year old, male, Terrier mix.l looking for his forever home. Don’t let his size fool you—this 8lb guy has a big personality. Whether he’s trotting beside you on a walk or curling up like a cinnamon twist on the couch, Churro is all about good vibes and great company. He is up to date on vaccinations and has been neutered. Charlie is ready for a forever home and you can meet him Saturday 10am-2pm. He is turning 2 on 8/8 and we would REALLY love for him to spend his birthday with his new family. He is an adorable, male, Pug that can’t wait for his happy ending.

Charlie has a seizure disorder, but with his daily medication, he’s thriving and ready to live life to the fullest. He’s hoping to find a family as special as he is — one that can manage his medical needs and, in return, will receive endless snorts and sloppy kisses. Our amazing adoption team is able to answer medical questions in depth so we encourage anyone seriously interested in adopting him to come in to adoption hours to meet him in person. 🍓 Meet Berrie Wednesday 3-7pm 🍓 This adorable girl weighs about 8lbs and makes the perfect lap dog. She is 1 year old and is a Chihuahua mixed breed. She can be nervous initially but warms up quickly. She is up to date on vaccinations and has been spayed. Please like, comment, and SHARE!

Toffee is the last of his litter and we have no idea why. Stop by Wednesday 3-7pm to meet him. If you have a sweet tooth, you are going to LOVE this puppy. He was born on 1/29/25 and is a mixed breed. He has been an absolute rockstar at recent adoption events — friendly, playful, and always excited to make new friends. He loves everyone he meets and gets along with other dogs (pending a successful meet and greet). He is up to date on vaccinations and are VERY ready to trade in shelter life for snuggles, squeaky toys, and a family to call his own. 💙🐶🏠

UPDATE: We were able to find this elderly pup’s family and she is home safe. After getting all details, and not judging or writing negative things without all the facts, we learned that she is 20 years old. She had made it clear to her people and her groomer she would no longer require their services. Yes, her coat needed to be brushed but her family is doing what they can to keep her comfortable and happy. We advised on some easily used grooming products for elderly dogs and the incident has been noted and reported to the correct agencies. We would kindly ask you to consider keeping thoughts to yourself when you do not have all the facts instead of judging. We encourage you to trust the process. Thank you for sharing your post and helping us get her home!

IN PAWTUCKET: Do you recognize this small breed, adult, female? She has a tan and gray coat. A kind supporter found her terrified and thirsty in the Pawtucket area (we are withholding street info in public posts but will share with anyone missing her or that recognizes her & messages us). She is not microchipped.
