I wanted to share a quick update with everyone. As I continue wrapping up my school year, I am still not able to take on any new clients at this time and my availability remains very limited.

I truly appreciate all of my current clients for your continued support, patience, and loyalty. It means so much to me. If you have not already scheduled your next appointment online or rescheduled at the time of your pet’s pick up, please keep in mind that I may not have openings available as soon as you might hope.

Happy happy summer!

As everyone seems to have noticed, yes, we are gratefully BUSY! I want to remind everyone that online booking as always available. Please do not feel overwhelmed by the booking features in selecting a service, especially if I already know who you’re booking the appointment for! It’s been difficult to balance the summer influx of friends, family and work and I just want to make sure you all remember that the online booking option is always available.

The Groom Room will be closed from 3/29-4/8 while I enjoy spring break with my family this year! The first half of my April schedule is already booked so please bear with me in accommodating as much as I can when I return!

Just stopping by to share a quick note:

We are just getting back from a much needed break away from work. This holiday season was one of our busiest seasons ever with Fido’s being on maternity leave. Luckily, Abby is back and Vic and I survived the absolute chaos! I was fortunate enough to take a week off to celebrate Christmas with my family on multiple occasions and even had a trip to an indoor water park to celebrate my son’s 8th birthday! We certainly hope everyone has had a wonderful holiday season!

If you’ve reached out for an appointment in the last couple weeks and I haven’t responded yet don’t worry, you haven’t missed anything! I will be getting back to everyone today & tomorrow!

Happy Holidays! I hope you’ve all stayed safe and warm!

Quick note:

Good morning!

I’m so sorry it took me a while to post an update. Those first two weeks were ROUGH. This surgery recovery has been the hardest surgery I’ve had to recover from so far. I needed some time to put myself back together but, the good news is that I’m doing really well!

I’m still working on gaining strength in my neck and right arm. My right arm has tons of nerve damage that makes it difficult to lift over my shoulder and it’s still a little shaky.

I will be returning to work slowly and trying to not overdue my work load. In early January, I will have radiation that will require another week and a half off to isolate. They tried for December and I let the radiologist know that I had a job to do that month 😁 puppies have to be pretty for the holidays!

Thank you for ALL of the support from my clients. Thank you for giving me the time and privacy to heal and for supporting me along yet another bump in the road!

I’ve adjusted my schedule and I’ll be setting up a square appointments booking system where you can book your appointments online this week! We can still rebook after appointments through the app AND, it’ll ease the inability to get ahold of me while I’m occupied with a pair of scissors in my hand or being a Mom to these two precious boys of mine!

On another note, I am long long long overdue for a raise/price increase. I hope you all value my worth and realize that in many years the price of your service has not increased. While the prices of my location, my supplies, my tools has exponentially increased. Along with the services provided have been set to a higher standard over the last year. I’ll always encourage anyone to price shop if you’d like a better insight! I’m also happy to breakdown any services to let you know what’s included so that you know what you’re paying for!

As luck would have it, I am down and out with Covid currently. I have my fingers crossed that I’ll test negative by Tuesday evening. So, if you have an appointment later this week and don’t hear from me, we are good to go!
I know many people have reached out for appointments so, my goal is to work on returning those calls while I am out. I also want to let everyone know my schedule is about 3-4 weeks out on appointments.

I am highly encouraging everyone to prebook their appointments. If you know you’d like a spot in the books within the next month, please reach out within the next few days so we can make that happen!
