Meet Dusk, our !
Dusk is a sweetheart through and through. At 2 years old, this handsome doggo came to us as a stray and was heartworm positive. He has been undergoing treatment like a champ though! He still has one more check-up in about a month, and we’re hopeful he’ll be cleared and ready to start his next chapter. In the meantime, he’s available for foster-to-adopt, giving someone the chance to get to know him while he finishes healing.
Dusk recently went on a Furry Getaway foster trip and spent a weekend with one of our loving fosters. His foster mom said he has been an absolute dream! "Dusk has been so easy! He is relaxing, he is walking, he is going to the bathroom (outside) and enjoying his weekend retreat. He is easily redirected and accepts pets and love. He has been playing with his stuffy toys and takes treats gently. He is very curious and also loves to watch you make food but is polite and respectful in his “watching.” He’s going to be a great pet when he is ready!"
