October has been a busy month, first week we were in Springfield IL for the World Clydesdale Show. We took Irish Thunder Celtic Hallie, Bradholme Diamond, and Country Lane Pam. Zack Hintz went with me and we had a great time!! We were 2nd in the Feed Team Race! 8th in the Obstacle Cart, and I drove in the Mens Pleasure cart and got 8th. Did I mention how much fun we had!. Home for a week then to the Michigan Great Lakes International Draft Horse Show in East Lansing. Got Dad to go for the week!!. We are heading to Topeka IN for the fall Draft Horse Sale. Looking forward to catching up with friends and have some fun.

Our Drip Drop clocks in at over 18.2 hands, fills 10.5” & 9.5” front & hind shoes respectively and is extremely athletic. Furnished with straight, quality feather and clean joints, this mare epitomizes the type of Clydesdale we strive to breed.

For those who follow pedigree, Drippity is sired by the imported Thorpe Hill Bomber and is out of one of our most cherished mares, Willow Way Kanga. Drip Drop shares the same Damsire as our 2018 Supreme Champion Mare, Willow Way Puzzle, Danny Boy Master Don.

And for those who follow history, Master Don was bred by the late John Heatlie, Grandpa to our dear friend Crystal Heatlie, who rolled Drip Drop’s mane on this occasion.

Your World Champion stallion is Anderson's Royale Ace from Anderson Farms. By Thorpe Hill Royal, this three year old is out of Anderson's Ovation.
Reserve was the six year old stallion Freedom Lochy Final Touch from Philippe Desharnais.

Home from a great world show . Our Monte West Clydesdales represented well, bringing home 2 world titles and two reserve world titles . team JWS wagons took home most of the world titles in the hitches congrats to all thanks for your continued business ! Looking ahead to 2026 we are excited for some great projects . We are fading out all of our haflinger / crossbred wagons and carts, parts and service for them available with limited inventory . Also we won’t work on anything by Roberts carriage. We will strictly build all draft horse show equipment . With the shortage of good wagons we are putting our focus where needed . Also our line up fills up so quick we will cutting it off at some point to maintain our schedule. We are currently out of used wagons and this has been a struggle to find them . So my suggestion is call ahead plan ahead . We love serving our industry . Congrats to all the world show exhibitors and thanks again for supporting team JWS and the Monte West Clydesdales.
