🐾🎉 Maple is officially daycare ready! 🎉🐾

Maple recently completed her puppy vaccine series and is now ready to join the daycare fun at Out West! While we’re excited to welcome her into playgroups, her accomplishment is also a great reminder of why vaccines are so important.

In a daycare environment, dogs share toys, play spaces, water stations, and lots of close interactions with their furry friends. Vaccines help protect your dog from serious contagious diseases and can help reduce disease transmission within the daycare community.

That’s why we require all daycare guests to be up to date on their vaccines before joining group play. These requirements help us provide the safest possible environment for every dog in our care.

🚨 Important Boarding & Daycare Update 🚨

Out of an abundance of caution and in the best interest of pet health and safety, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend boarding and daycare services while we investigate a possible respiratory illness concern and complete enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols throughout the facility.

We are currently contacting owners of pets in our care and working individually with families regarding pickups and existing reservations.

At this time, all boarding and daycare reservations are being canceled until further notice. We anticipate remaining closed for a minimum of four days following the departure of our current guests to allow for thorough sanitation and monitoring.

If your pet has recently visited our facility and develops signs such as coughing, sneezing, nasal discharge, lethargy, or decreased appetite, please contact your veterinarian for guidance.

We understand this may be an inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. The health and well-being of every pet entrusted to our care will always come first.

We will provide updates regarding reopening as additional information becomes available.

At Out West, we love giving our guests plenty of room to run, jump, play, and burn off energy in our climate-controlled play areas. And judging by that look of concentration, Moose was on a mission! 🎾💙
