Companions Plus Vaccine Clinic is a low-cost wellness clinic, We DO NOT see sick or injured animals. Companions Plus is open Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm. Our veterinarians include Dr Shari Butner, Dr. Laura Erikson, Dr. Paula Gibson, Dr. Sara Pilgrim and Dr. Melanie Kerschbaum.

💙🐾 A Bittersweet Farewell 🐾💙

Today, we say goodbye (for now) to someone who has been with us from the very beginning, Dr. Butner, one of the founding hearts of our vaccine clinic.
From day one, she poured her heart and soul into building this practice with us, brick by brick, paw by paw and made it a safe and welcoming place for the critters of Faulkner County. Her warm smile, gentle hands, and unwavering kindness have touched the lives of so many pets and people alike.
Dr. Butner's compassion, understanding, and dedication have been the kind of quiet strength that keeps a clinic and a community thriving. Whether it was a routine check-up or an emergency in the middle of the night, she was there. Always ready. Always caring.
We’re beyond grateful for her years of service, friendship, and healing. While we’ll miss seeing her every day, her impact will remain in every corner of this clinic and in every wagging tail and grateful purr she helped along the way.
Thank you, Dr. Butner! You’ve made a difference that can’t be measured. Wishing you joy and much deserved relaxation on your next adventure. 💐🐶🐱

With heavy hearts, we share that our sweet Vivian has crossed the rainbow bridge. Vivian became a part of the Companion’s family in February 2011, and for 14 unforgettable years, she made our clinic her home.✨

She wasn’t just a cat—she was the cat.
Vivian Rose was known for her bold personality and her daily antics. She kept us laughing, sneezing, and always on our toes. Whether she was supervising paperwork, claiming her warm spot on the keyboards (even if it meant shutting them down), or demanding her own coffee cup of water, she made sure we never had a dull moment. 🐾

She was fearless—often right in the middle of the busiest, loudest, and most chaotic days, acting as if she ran the place (because honestly, she kind of did).

❤️ In honor of Vivian, we’re continuing something very special — Vivian’s Fund. Her fund supports pets in need of vaccines and preventative care when their families can’t afford it.
