We love restorative yoga with Maranda 🩷

She will be back for a few morning sessions starting next week & you are invited to join us!

All skill levels are welcome! We will relax, restore, & refresh, as we bend, stretch and breath together

Cost is $20 for the hour long session on Wedneadays. Please bring your own mat and plan to meet us at arena a little before the 8am start time.

For anyone that would like to join us for coffee after class, we have Blonde Shot Coffee here on Wednesday mornings too!

Some of you floated down a river... Others were probably out on a lake... Most of you were probably drinking something yummy, cold, and colorful...

We spent our 4th doing night-check laps between the pastures and deep breathing with the horses that have more anxiety about fireworks than others 🫶

There is something so beautiful about sharing breath with a horse, but more so in a stressful situation where you are able to breath (loud enough for them to hear over the noise, obviously) and have them relax into that space, as they do without the stressor!!

Blessed to do what we do, is an understatement ❤️🤍💙

Sometimes, doing something, looks an awful lot like doing nothing... especially in our Grounded Horsemanship program!

But here, we celebrate the wins (both big and small)! We work through the hard, we don't quit, we cry when we need to, we adjust when & where necessary. We learn, we grow, we thrive!!

To you, this probably looks like 2 women just going through a gate a million times. To us, this looks like progress, this looks like a win, this looks Ike the start of something beautiful, and today we're celebrating that!! 🫶🥂
