I’d like to take a moment to address the recent situation involving Classy Critters. It’s unfortunate, unacceptable, and deeply saddening. I’d like to take it as an opportunity to explain to everyone why our turnaround time is 4-6 hours.
Every dog who walks through our doors is treated as an individual. Some pups need a little extra time, reassurance, or breaks between services – and that’s okay. While we aim to get your pets back to you promptly, their safety and comfort always come first.
I’ve been around dogs since I was five years old, and understanding their behavior and communicating with them on their level is something I take great pride in. This is also why I choose my hires very carefully – ensuring they share the same commitment, compassion, safety, and respect for every dog that comes through our doors.
While you may not always see me as we continue to grow, my staff is something I take seriously. My team is made up of incredible women (And Zane of course) who work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. I would never place your dogs in anyone’s care unless I trusted them completely.
