If you have surgery scheduled with us, and have had vaccines at another clinic, it would help to speed up the check in process on the morning of surgery if you send us proof of you vaccines before the day your surgery appointment. email them with a note of the appointment date to [email protected] or fax at 719 475-0601.

Daily vaccination clinics - Vaccination walk-ins from 9:30am-11:30am Tuesday-Thursday (NOT ON FRIDAY MORNINGS) & 1:00pm-3:00pm Tuesday-Friday. We do not charge an additional office or exam fees.

Please be careful using PayPal to make any donations to Hamlett. There appears to be a scam PayPal donation site. They do not have the regular PayPal Logo. I searched online, and found there was a data breach through the PayPal site recently. One of our clients called us about it, and sent a picture to us. I tried to copy it here, but the file would not transfer.
