💔 Maggie is fighting cancer… and she needs us.

Maggie is a senior white shepherd who lost her home and ended up in a Texas shelter — through no fault of her own.

She was rescued by our shelter partners Noah's Arks Rescue and found a foster home through Save Texas K9s.

Shortly after, we found a mass.
We acted fast… but the diagnosis was heartbreaking:
mammary gland cancer.

She’s already been through so much: biopsy, imaging, and surgery — all to give her a chance.
Her care has already exceeded $3,500+.

And yet…
she is still the gentlest soul.
She leans into you. She trusts. She still loves.

This cancer is aggressive. We don’t know how much time she has — but we do know this:

✨ She deserves comfort
✨ She deserves love
✨ She deserves to feel safe

We’re committed to giving her that… but we can’t do it alone.

✨ This is Mikey. And he has been waiting over a year. ✨

✨ NELLIE IS STILL WAITING FOR HER PERSON ✨

Nellie is 2.5 years old and has spent almost her entire life waiting in a shelter… and somehow, she’s still nothing but love. 💛

She’s finally out and in a loving foster….but she is still looking for her forever home.

Nellie is the kind of dog who makes you wonder how she hasn’t been scooped up yet:

🐾 Friendly, affectionate & delightfully wiggly
🎾 Loves playing fetch
🚗 Enjoys car rides
🐕 Dog-friendly & truly shines with a playful canine companion
🏡 Fully housebroken & crate trained
🦮 Walks nicely on leash
💞 A devoted “shadow dog” who just wants to be near her person

She’s gentle taking treats, respectful with food, and incredibly eager to please. Nellie thoughtfully adjusts her play style with other dogs and tries so hard to do everything right — especially meaningful when you realize she spent so much of her early life without guidance or stability.
