Let’s talk about Deshedding!

Sweet Miss Rosie came in for her regular deshedding treatment today 🐾✨

Rosie visits every 4–6 weeks to help keep her coat healthy, comfortable, and properly maintained. Regular deshedding helps remove loose undercoat, improve airflow through the coat, reduce excess shedding, and keep double-coated breeds feeling cooler and healthier.

Deshedding is a process and technique — not just a product. Proper coat maintenance preserves the integrity of the coat and supports healthy skin and coat function. This is why shaving is not the answer for most double-coated breeds. ✂️🚫

Consistency is key when it comes to coat care, and Rosie is proof that routine maintenance makes all the difference 🤍

Don’t worry — our salon location is still OPEN and operating as usual, but now we’ll also be bringing the Hound Town experience straight to your doorstep with our fully equipped luxury mobile grooming trailer. Convenience, comfort, and one-on-one care for your pets without ever leaving home. 🐶

All mobile grooming services will be performed by IPG Certified Professional Groomer and Certified Canine Esthetician, Kynlee Dixon.

We are currently building our waitlist while we prepare to officially begin scheduling mobile clients!
