Dear Friends and Family of Scissors N’ Suds,
It is with joy that we announce that we will be open again starting 2026!   As most if not all of you know, we had some unexpected delays after our move to our new location at 630 Atlantic Ave, Unit B but, we are happy and grateful to say that the Scissors N’ Suds door will once again be open and we can’t wait to see you all as we begin this New Year!   We hope that you all have been well and enjoying this holiday season.
And in the spirit of the season, we would like to share some of the journey we have been on these last couple months.  
As any service business, it is the clients that keep it afloat.   For us, those “clients” have become so much more.   Over the past few years, we have gotten to know you, in many cases your families, and especially your fur babies.   As a family business this is what was most important to us, and your loyalty, dedication, and great kindness is a gift beyond what we could imagine.   During this difficult time, you have reached out, expressed concern for us as well as your commitment to continue allowing us the privilege to care for your special family members as soon as that was possible.   In fact, several of you came out on a cold December night to stand in front of the zoning board members expressing your concern and loyalty to Scissors N’ Suds and us.   Your time, generosity, and kind words were met with cheers and tears and created a moment not to be forgotten, especially in our tiny community.  
To all of you who stood with us, you not only strengthened our resolve to stay, but in many ways shown us and all others whom we shared this with, that sometimes… thankfully… incredibly…  goodness wins. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

As of Friday, we have officially shut our doors on Haddon Ave. While it’s bittersweet, we are so excited for our new location. There were a few reasons why we are relocating, but our biggest reason was for the safety of all our babies and their owners. Trying to find a parking spot or battling the craziness of the traffic on Haddon Ave (that has increased over the past year), we decided that one block off the Ave with a parking lot, would help alleviate some of the stress and safety for everyone, especially our four legged Babes!

Our new address is 630 Atlantic Ave, Unit B. It is directly across from where the Collingswood Farmer’s Market is located. While we were planning on reopening on the 30th, there has been a few hiccups and we will be officially reopening on Tuesday, November 4th at the new location.

We want to thank everyone for all their continued love and support and we can’t wait to see you all in a week at our new location. Your confirmation appointment text will also include all information needed.

Beau and his little brother, Bruno are the bestest boys ever! A little over two weeks ago, they lost their sweet sister Cookie, who we miss dearly. Sending our love to the Burton Family during their difficult time with the loss of Cookie ❤️
