Hey Clovis and the surrounding communites: you’ve asked for and need an equine veterinarian! We’ve got an excellent one coming! Starting June 18, Dr. Britt Dixon, a native of our area, joins us after completing his veterinary education at Washington State University and a year long intense equine sports medicine and surgery internship at a prestigious equine referral hospital in Bryan, Texas. Dr. Dixon can help you with your small pets and ruminants too but has a passion for horses! Equine sports medicine is what he loves so bring your barrel horses, cutters, heelers, trail and cross-country 4-leggeds to Clovis Veterinary Hospital or just swing by to meet Dr. Dixon and say “Hi”!

Isn’t he the cutest bunny ever! Meet our patient Furnando after his grooming was complete! You can see his face now, and we gave him a man-bun! We don’t typically groom but he was here for a bit of another reason too. Isn’t he adorable?
