This is one of those don't judge a book by its cover situations. Cloie's mom came to me because Cloie was tromitized by her last groomer. She was trying to protect precious Cloie from an uncomfortable situation by trying to maintain the coat at home. She quickly learned she needed help. She wasn't neglecting Cloie, she was trying to protect her. She did wonderful for the groom and followed up with lots of kisses. Can't wait to see her again.
