Would you guys like to see 45-minute visits added as an option? Example pricing:
• 30 min – $15
• 45 min – $18.50

Current visit minimums would still apply. This would be adding $3.50.

OR would you prefer 1-hour visits for +$7?

I’m trying to offer more flexibility while still keeping pet care affordable. ❤️

We always try our best to be understanding and work with everyone’s individual needs whenever possible. At the end of the day though, this is still a business, and timely payments are important in helping things run smoothly.

Just a reminder that payment is due on the last day of service. Due to an increase in overdue payments and repeated payment reminders, a 10% late fee will now be applied to balances not paid within 24 hours of the final service date.

Accounts with outstanding balances may require payment in advance for future bookings.
