Little Bit is back home and settling in after a successful eye surgery. She’s wearing a fly mask to keep her bandage clean and secure, and she’s on stall rest with daily meds to prevent infection as she heals. Her recovery will take time❤️‍🩹

Little Bit is an 8-year-old miniature mare who developed a severe eye infection. Her condition has worsened—and now she’s being admitted to the clinic for surgery to remove her left eye.

Without this procedure, Little Bit will continue to be in pain. With it, she has a real chance at a pain-free future, full of comfort, safety, and the gentle care she deserves.

We’re raising funds to cover her veterinary stay, surgery, and post-op care. Every dollar helps us get closer to that goal—and closer to giving Little Bit the relief she’s been waiting for.

🌞Help us find a home for Heidi! Heidi is sensitive, smart, and deeply perceptive. As a participant in our Soft Landings program, she’s learned a host of skills through clicker training and positive reinforcement. Once fearful, she now approaches humans with curiosity, soaking up scratches and love.

She leads politely and melts for wither rubs. Heidi’s still building trust with hoof care. She’s seeking a kind, patient human to dote on her and continue teaching her gentle exercises to keep her moving comfortably. Could that be you?
