Another year of Georgia Taxidermy association convention in the books. I was blessed in winning best professional division closed mouth whitetail. I also won highest score whitetail in pro division and the Bill Haynes award which is the best mount of all professional categories. I also won the Ben Mears award for the highest scored pro deer on a Mears form. I want to thank everyone who has stood behind me and helped me get to this point and my Beautiful wife for putting up with all the long days and nights without me and always being my biggest fan.

We do more than just deer and bear. This big boy was a challenge for a one man shop but he turned out nice and went home this morning.

It's time. Good luck today and this season. Remember when you get that trophy this season either that target but a kids first deer or that bear. Take care of it properly and skin it for the mount that you want. If you need help or advice on how to skin your trophy give me a call. When you decide to take it to a taxidermist do your homework. There are some great taxidermist and some not so great. Just choose wisely. I hope to see you in my shop.
