8147619755 Pistner's Muddy Acres Farm LLC is located in the northeastern end of Clearfield, Pa. Tucked down in Brown Hollow named for a former resident of Milton Brown this farm gets its name from the ample amount of water and clay soil that it sit

s upon. The owners of the land through the years have ditched and landscaped it to make it what it is today. We still use the Muddy Acres name since it was given to the land by our business owner, Lynnette Pistner's grandfather back in the late 70's. Lets talk about the owner...
Lynnette Pistner has owned, trained, bred, rode and shown horses all of her life. Starting out with a black Appaloosa mare, Echo, that her grandfather gifted her when Lynnette was born. Lynnette has had the dream of having a business on the farm for many years. She has wanted to have a way of combining her love of teaching and horses together. This new business that opened in July 2023 makes that happen. Lynnette loves to teach and has been a Girl Scout leader and volunteer for over 20 years. She has also mentored and advised for other organizations through her years. We look forward to meeting you and letting you experience and learn about horses. Our lessons focus not just on riding but the whole horse and building up a persons horsemanship. "You have to know the horse before you can ride the horse"

This girl started riding here in April of 2024. Fast forward a bit...She showed so much interest in horses she would come to each lesson and tell me what she watched online. I gave her some homework then. She stepped right up and watched more!😃
Long story short she has become Lynnette's assistant/apprentice or whatever name popups to call her...This is Trinity. She doesn't give herself enough credit for how well she has developed her horsemanship. She can sometimes finish my sentences(scary!) She gets how to read the horse through body language and she herself is a gentle soul.
Anywho this was last night and I just had to share because not only her but our Tazeboy look so majestic...as we rode our Majestic trail.
