Our amazing teams at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Sun City West learned how to greet new people with calm assurance, practiced handling “Exuberant & Clumsy Petting,” and began exploring what it takes to pass the Pet Partners® evaluation.

Our Legend Acres Urban Group Class is a 6-week program held at Arrowhead Towne Center in Glendale, AZ. Every week, dogs and their humans gain hands-on practice in real-life environments with expert guidance from Kristi.

In the photos, you’ll see our teams:

✅ Riding the elevator with focus and ease
✅ Building engagement despite distractions all around

This class is one of the core requirements in the Legend Acres curriculum for both the Pet Therapy Path and the Service Dog Path. Training in real settings helps dogs and handlers prepare for their Public Access Tests and succeed independently in everyday life. 🐶✨
