Today we give recognition of our Maddie, she has been a CSR and recently advanced to an assistant at Neighborhood Vet for over a year now. If you have met Maddie you’ve definitely 1) heard about her obsession with all things FELINE 2) that she is a proud mom to her “Marnie Girl”!( her torti). She is working towards becoming a licensed veterinary technician and plans to pursue college further! She is a kind spirited team member. If needed Maddie is there! She is always the advocate not only for our patients but our clients too! She loves all the babies that come in (young and old) no matter the species while putting her heart into her work. If you have not had the pleasure of meeting Maddie yet make sure you say hello and ask her about her child Marnie, thank you Maddie for being you and growing so much with us! We appreciate you!

Happy national veterinary receptionist(client service rep) week to our girls running the show up front! From your phone calls to your first interaction with our team these girls are rocking it! They are tirelessly working to fit all the fur/featherly/scaly babies in our busy booked schedules if applicable and ensuring all needs necessary are taken care of! That follow up phone call is from these girls as well! We do not know what we would do without our CSR team.
Thank you ladies for all the long hours you pull, your kind compassionate convos you have with our clients, and most importantly the passion you put into our everyday operations! You all are incredibly vital to our clinic being where we are today, thank you so much!
