🎉 FUR Rescue Turns 3! 🎉

Frenchies United Rescue (FUR) is proud to celebrate 3 years of rescuing French Bulldogs in need of a brighter future. Thanks to the incredible support of our donors, volunteers, adopters, and supporters, we’ve been able to save dogs from shelters before they were scheduled for euthanasia, provide lifesaving medical care, and help them find the loving forever homes they deserve.

None of this would be possible without YOU!

Throughout the month of June, we’ll be sharing some of the amazing glow-up stories from dogs who have come through our rescue over the years. Their journeys continue to inspire us and remind us why we do what we do every single day.

To celebrate our 3rd birthday, we are launching a virtual fundraiser with a goal of raising $3,000 to continue helping Frenchies in need. Every dollar donated, every post shared, and every volunteer hour makes a difference.

🐻🤎 Meet Bentley Bear! 🤎🐻

Please help us welcome the newest member of our family — foster pup Bentley Bear! 🐾

This sweet 19-month-old boy was sadly surrendered to FUR when his owner could no longer care for him. Despite all the changes he’s been through, Bentley is an absolute sweetheart with a playful spirit and lots of energy. 🥰

Bentley does have an itchy ear 👂 and still needs to complete his vaccinations 💉, so we’ll be taking him to the vet soon. He’ll also be getting neutered as part of his journey to finding his forever home. 🏡

Poor guy had a rough first night. 💔 He didn’t sleep much and wasn’t interested in eating, though he is drinking water. After being shuffled from house to house over the past week, he’s understandably scared and unsure of what comes next. He just wants to be close to his people and feel safe. ❤️

We’re looking forward to helping this precious boy decompress, settle in, and remember what it feels like to be loved. Welcome, Bentley Bear! 🐾🐻🤎

🎉💕 Delia Deetz Is Adopted! 💕🎉

Our sweet, precious girl Delia Deetz has officially found her forever home! 🏡❤️

Delia has completely stolen the hearts of her new family, and the feeling is definitely mutual. She has settled in beautifully and is already living her best life with her adorable Frenchie sister, Baby Gaga. 🐾💕 The two girls are becoming fast friends, and it’s clear that Delia was meant to be part of this family.

Seeing a dog who was once in need now surrounded by love, comfort, and companionship is what rescue is all about. We couldn’t be happier for this deserving girl and her wonderful family.

Congratulations, Delia! May your days be filled with snuggles, treats, adventures, and all the love your heart can hold. 💖🐶✨

Adopt Ross aka Yogi 🐻 in Los Angeles, CA!

Yogi is a 3-year-old French Bulldog with 26 pounds of pure sweetness, cuddles, and resilience. Rescued from a shelter after being found as a stray, Yogi waited more than a month for someone to come for him—but no one ever did. Due to severe overcrowding, he was kept out of public view and eventually became red-listed, meaning his time was running out. Thankfully, he was given the second chance he deserved.

When Yogi arrived in foster care, he was underweight and suffering from severe flea allergies that left his skin irritated and patchy. Since then, he has received veterinary care, including antibiotics, medicated baths, flea prevention, and neutering. Today, his skin is healing beautifully, his fur is growing back, and his sweet personality is shining brighter every day.

Yogi’s favorite things in life are simple:
❤️ Being close to his people
❤️ Getting pets and affection
❤️ Enjoying his daily 20-minute walks
❤️ Lounging outside in the shade
❤️ Fluffing up his blankets before bed like the little prince he is

While toys aren’t really his thing, he’ll happily chase a ball if you toss one!

Most of all, Yogi is looking for the love he’s always deserved. Beneath his shy demeanor is a gentle, funny, and incredibly loyal little soul who simply wants a family of his own.

💕 Great news for sweet Rebel! 💕

Rebel had her follow-up appointment, and her doctor was finally able to see all the way down her ear canal — something that wasn’t possible before surgery! 🎉

This is wonderful news and confirms that her surgery was a success! 🩷 Her ears are healing well, and we’re so grateful for the amazing care she’s received. Thank you to everyone who has supported Rebel on her journey! 🐾

Polly Pie Pupdate in Riverside, CA ☀️

Thank you to everyone who has supported Polly Pie’s journey, purchased from her wish list, shared her story, or donated. 💖 Our sweet Polly Pie is slowly but surely gaining the weight she so desperately needed! Foster Mom reports that she is now up to 18.0 pounds — an incredible improvement from the tiny 10.8 pounds she weighed just six weeks ago.

Polly Pie is thriving on the carefully prepared Cornell diet: measured home-cooked meals of tilapia fillets, sweet potatoes, enriched pasta, and egg whites, along with several supplements and vitamins to support her healing journey. She enjoys four meals a day, and when she’s not eating, she’s either catching up on her beauty sleep or happily playing with the Frenchies in her foster home.

While Polly Pie still has several more pounds to gain, her progress continues to be very encouraging. In the coming weeks, she will have repeat labwork to monitor her anemia and absorption issues, and we are hopeful for continued improvement for this precious girl. 💕

💚Trooper Pupdate💚

Trooper is the perfect little guy. He has adjusted to the household routine. Gets along great with the other dogs 🐶 in the home and with people of all ages including kids! 👶🏼

He has finished his meds 💊 from his previous infection and is now gearing up for neuter.

He’s enjoying the AZ sunshine ☀️ in the meantime. Please donate toward his medical 🏥 care. He’ll be adoptable once he fully recovers from his neuter ✂️
