When you have a pet with health issues, finding the right combination of medicines, therapies, and food can be a real challenge. We know what’s it’s like to try to do your best for your pet. A little over 6 years ago, our rescue lab, Meadow, was suffering from terrible allergies and skin issues – sometimes the scratching was so bad that it kept us up at night. We finally found a medicine regiment

that kept her comfortable and was not steroids, but it still wasn’t great. To add to our poor girls issues, she had ACL surgery and had been without fur on her back from an epidural and both of her legs for just about 18 months. It was pure luck that a friend mentioned Pet Wants. At the time the mobile delivery service was appealing as that meant we didn’t have to make a special trip to pick up a 50 pound bag of dog food, so we thought we’d give it a shot. We saw a huge difference in Meadow after just a week of switching her food and, after two months, she had no food allergies and a full body of soft beautiful fur. She remained on the medication for outdoor and seasonal allergies, but the results we seen with Pet Wants were amazing! Our experience was so great that we encouraged Joe’s parents to try the food with their dogs, Abby (Irish Wheaton Terrier) and Daisy (Aussie Doodle), and Abby’s allergies cleared up too. After that, we knew it was time to talk about opening our own franchise and offer convenient delivery of this amazing food to the west side of Cincinnati.
