Bark BOTS-Behavior Obedience Training & Sitting Bark BOTS was created to cater especially to those pets with behavioral and medical needs. My name is Lana and I am a dog/cat trainer and care taker.

I completed Dr. Ian Dunbar's Behavior & Training Academy courses and have been accepted to become a KPA-CTP. I have a master's degree in science and attended veterinary school to study animal behavior. I specialize in the management of dog/cat aggression, separation anxiety, resource guarding, leash pulling and aggression, reactivity, and house training. These skills were acquired during my time s

pent in St. Kitts as a personal dog trainer, kennel dog trainer, and behavior consultant for the dogs and cats of St. Kitts and Nevis. My passion is rescue and rehabilitation and I have saved over 30 feral dogs and over 200 cats who have all been rehomed. I have also shadowed Dr. Lisa Radosta (DACVB), Mindy Cox (CPDT), Dr. Louisa Beal(DVM), and Andrea Arden and am enrolled in Dr. Ian Dunbar's Dunbar Academy. I am inspired by the human-animal bond and look forward to helping you strengthen that bond with your pet through positive reinforcement training or pet sitting. I would be happy to make multiple trips to your residence, stay in your home, or have your pets stay at my residence as long as they are dog and cat friendly. Is that a snack pouch? No, it's called a primordial pouch and it doesn't necessarily mean that your cat is fat since lean cats have it too.

Cats are both predators AND prey in the wild which means fighting is inevitable. Their sharp claws, teeth, speed, and extraordinary balancing ability are not enough especially when they are injured which is where the primordial pouch comes into play. If you look closely to its borders, it hangs below your cat's gastrointestinal tract protecting it from injury. It also aids in stretching and flexibility since we all know cats stretch A LOT since they sleep 70% of the time. If you are still not convinced that your cat is more flabulous than fat, please contact your veterinarian and make sure that your cat is eating the best diet. A wet food ONLY diet comes highly recommended by veterinarians who specialize in feline medicine. Even the most affordable brands like
Fancy Feast pate are better preferred over any dry kibble since cats are carnivores and dry foods
tend to contain a higher
percentage of carbohydrates and significantly less moisture than any wet food.
