Dear established clients!
It is with great embarrassment that I have to write this post. Somehow I lost my work phone and it was not backed up. I have conferred with professionals at Apple, and my phone carrier. Both my contacts, and 14 years of message are gone for good. If you have texted me in the last few weeks and did not get a response, that is why. I have a phone again and am rebuilding my client list. I appreciate your patience as I sort through this technological disaster! 😩
With that being said, I know there are people in the past who have been waiting a looong time for a response from me. I am a one woman show and that comes with time restraints. I have tried different platforms and hiring various employees to help with this but have not hit upon the right process for my unique business. I’m looking into some new options to streamline the scheduling process and look forward to being able to reply speedily to future inquires. I apologies to anyone who felt ignored by my lack of response, I hope to be better at this in the future.
I appreciate everyone that has helped make this a successful business. It has truly been a blessing. Finding work/life balance has been a struggle and from my heart I hope to find a way to serve my clients and still find time to enjoy all life has to offer in this amazing state. Thank you again, for your grace and patience.
