This handsome lilac otter buck was pushing on me hard at his first eval. His growth rate has been epic and I think he’s named himself Bruce, like the shark from Finding Nemo… he gets a far off wild look in his eye and starts running laps around his cage 😂 (RFR QueenB x RDR Wonka)
He might just grow so nice he has to stay, we’ll see…

So. Very. Excited. About this litter. These chocolatey kits are out of Red Door’s TwoTwo and Redman’s Pops. TwoTwo is a home bred doe with the widest loin I’ve yet produced. Her brothers had superb market quality by 14 weeks even though I waited until 16 to process them.
First pick doe AND buck will be retained for RDR breeding stock.

Not sure if I’ve announced to followers yet but I’m finally whittling down my herd to focus exclusively on chocolate self and otter varieties in my Rex herd.

Tamuk the focus still is and will remain fast freezer filler in the warmer months, regardless of color. I have 2 unrelated litters of those currently, and more on the way from my favorite does.

Holland Lops have just been a fun fling for me since the Brawn, may he rest easy, lit this fire in me about rabbits. I could likely be convinced to turn them over to a fellow breeder. Most of them are VC/VM.
