We understand that life happens, but lately we’ve had an overwhelming number of missed appointments and last-minute cancellations. This greatly impacts our small business, our groomers’ schedules, and most importantly—other clients who are waiting to get their pups in.

💎 At Gem Dog Grooming, every appointment is reserved just for your dog. When a spot goes unused, that time is lost for both our team and another pet who could have filled it.

👉 Please remember:
• If you need to cancel, give at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a deposit being required to book future appointments.
•Please remember that no shows or last minute cancels will be charged full groom price.

It’s NATIONAL DOG WEEK!! We’re looking for our large breed puppy lovers to help celebrate by adopting Janet or Jackson!! Janet is weighing in at 51 lbs, and Jackson tips the scale at 58 lbs! This sister/brother duo are not only big in size, but they are big in personality, antics, cuddles, and love!!

They’ve had some of the best training with our friends at Canine Unifursity Dog Training (Jackson) and Pawsonal Training (Janet) and are ready for their homes!!

They’re roughly 7 months old, micrcochipped and UTD on vaccinations. They are getting fixed tomorrow and will be ready to go home for BIG fun with you!
