Empty collar- 7/23/25

Yesterday we made one of the hardest decisions and let Eli go across the rainbow bridge to be with him mom, Maddison. As a breeder I was there when he was born and there until his last breath. What hurts the most is watching your son loose a piece of his heart. Eli was a constant by his side and when Kyler came home on leave he was so beyond himself and greeted him with his tail wagging 90 miles an hour.

We’ll miss you, Eli. I’m sure you’re running the fields with your momma in doggy heaven. You took a piece of us yesterday, but you gave us so many memories. Rest easy buddy 💔
