Diego's Place Diego's Place started after I lost my precious boy one week shy of his 16th birthday.

We are committed to helping senior small dogs live their final days, years in a loving environment while providing appropriate medical care Every life is special to us no matter the age, color or disability. Since 2014 I have been helping senior dogs and Diego was always kind and welcoming to all. Our goal is to help senior pets in need of a place to

live out their final days/months/years Seniors come with many medical challenges. Diego was healthy right up until he suddenly passed on March 25, 2025 His twin brother Lucas and I miss him so much but honor him by helping others who are unwanted, old and sick
Please honor your pets by making sure they have a safe and trusted person to take over their care in the event you are no longer able too. there are simply not enough homes for seniors due to the their needs and many people feel they will be too sad Think of how sad that old dog or cat feels in that cold shelter.
