** The Preventative Care hours are WALK-INS only. Your wait time will be based upon what services your pet needs and how many people are ahead of you.

** Please keep in mind, Preventative Care/Wellness hours are subject to change due to our surgical schedule and staff availability. Please always check our Facebook for unexpected updates prior to coming in.

🐾 PREVENTATIVE CARE/WELLNESS WALK-INS (ONLY) =
Vaccinations, Heartworm/4DX tests, FeLV/FIV Tests, Flea/Tick & Heartworm Prevention, Dewormer, Nail Trims, A**l Gland Expressions, Ear Cleanings/Ear Mite Treatment, and Microchips!
These services are available weekly during the walk-in hours posted below. Preventative Care does NOT include Health Exams.

🐾 HEALTH EXAM APPOINTMENTS (ONLY) =
Sick visits/health exams with the Veterinarian must be scheduled in advance. Call 866-349-3698 or email [email protected] to schedule. Please note: We are booking out about 1-2 weeks at a time. $21 deposit required to schedule.

🐾 SPAY/NETUER APPOINTMENTS (ONLY) =
Spay/neuter appointments for personally owned pets should be made online through our website www.FixEmClinic.org. If the website does not generate an available appointment for your pet(s), that means we are booked for the next 30 days. Please keep checking back daily/weekly to check for cancellations and as new appointments become available. Appointments become available at midnight. $20 deposit required to schedule.

🐾 TNR FOR STRAY/FERAL CATS = We accept walk-ins for TNR (stray/feral community cats only) typically Monday-Thursday from 7:30-8:15am. Pick-up is between 2:30-4:30pm. ONE CAT PER HOUSEHOLD, PER DAY. If the calendar says *NO TNR* then we are not accepting walk-ins on that day.

** Always check our calendar in advance prior to trapping!

** Pricing for stray/feral community cats is $20 per cat which includes: Spay/neuter, Rabies, FVRCP vaccine, and the ear-tip. To qualify for this pricing, the cat MUST receive the ear-tip. If you do not want the cat(s) to be ear-tipped, you must schedule an appointment and pay the standard pricing.

** If you want to trap multiple TNR cats at one time, please send an email to [email protected] or call to schedule appointments in advance. Deposit will be required to schedule multiple.

📣 We’ve been listening to your feedback regarding online scheduling, and we’re hopeful this new process will make things a little easier and more predictable for everyone moving forward! 💜🐾

Beginning this month, we will be releasing the following month’s spay/neuter appointments online on a set day and time each month. For June appointments, all available spots will go live on:

🗓 Thursday, May 28th
⏰ 12:00 PM (noon)

Please keep in mind that we currently have one veterinarian, so appointment availability is limited and spots may fill very quickly — potentially within the first few hours. If you are unable to secure an appointment, we encourage you to continue checking the website regularly for cancellations, as openings will reappear online in real-time. Otherwise, the next batch of appointments will be released for July scheduling next month.

We kindly ask that clients avoid repeatedly calling the front desk regarding scheduling availability, as our team will not be able to accommodate a large influx of scheduling calls while also caring for surgery patients and assisting clients in-clinic throughout the day.

Memorial Day Weekend Pet Safety Reminder 🐾☀️

As we head into the holiday weekend filled with cookouts, travel, fireworks, and family gatherings, don’t forget to keep your pets safe too!

Here are a few quick Memorial Day pet safety tips:

🌭 Keep BBQ foods away from pets
Foods like onions, corn cobs, bones, grapes, chocolate, and alcohol can be dangerous — even in small amounts.

☀️ Watch the heat
Never leave pets in parked vehicles, even for “just a minute.” Make sure they have access to shade and fresh water when outdoors.

🎆 Prepare for loud noises
Fireworks and celebrations can be stressful for pets. Keep them indoors in a secure, quiet area if possible.

🔖 Double-check collars & microchips
Holiday weekends are one of the busiest times for lost pets. Make sure ID tags are updated and microchip information is current.

🚪 Be mindful of open doors & gates
With guests coming and going, pets can easily slip outside unnoticed.
