‼️ Thank you so much for your concern and well wishes, food and goodies! Dr. Paula is back at work, albeit a little handicapped. The surgeries plan is to continue to reduce the two middle finger fractures as the swelling resides over the next 10 days or so. The other two fingers did not displace and should heal with time. If they cannot be aligned within 15 degrees of normal, she will have surgery in the near future.

Thank you for your continued patience as we work over the next couple of months of treatment and hand rehabilitation. ‼️

‼️ Shortly after getting home yesterday, Dr Paula tripped and fell on the sidewalk resulting in her left hand fractured in 3 places. The ER doctor did a great job of setting it and she has an appointment with the surgeon this afternoon to see what’s next. We will have to throttle down the schedule but we’ll do our best to accommodate everyone so thanks for your patience and understanding. We will keep you updated.‼️

Kanawha Blvd will be blocked for much of the day in front of the office for the bike race. When you arrive from Washington street and Wertz Ave, you can pull into the church parking lot and drive across the grass into our lot to park.

‼️‼️ If you’re not aware, Kanawha Blvd will be blocked to traffic in front of our office next week (May 19-26th 2025) for a bicycle race. The city has arranged alternate routes to reach us for those 2 days. If you are arriving from eastern Kanawha valley, you’ll get off on the Greenbrier street exit, turn right , then turn right on Oakridge Dr, then proceed to a right turn onto Wertz Ave. At the end of Wertz there will be a temporary ramp into the church lot next door. If coming from downtown area, come behind the capital complex, then take Washington St to the alley under the bridge to Wertz Ave and into the church lot. We are told there will be officers to help redirect traffic during the shut down. Thanks for your understanding and patience during this event.‼️‼️
