We're thrilled to partner with Sol Veterinary to help newly adopted cats start their next chapter on the right paw!

As part of this partnership, Sol Veterinary Animal Healing Center is now offering a complimentary wellness visit for cats adopted through AZ RAIN. This first visit is a great opportunity to establish care, discuss your new feline family member's health needs, and ensure they have everything they need for a happy, healthy transition into their forever home.

Sol believes every pet deserves the best start possible, and are honored to support RAIN's incredible mission of finding loving homes for cats in need.

This beautiful boy Valentino is looking for a very special home. He needs an experienced cat family that can help him realize he’s found a safe loving home where he can relax and open up. He is very shy and was rescued from an abusive situation. As such he is very nervous of people - but only in a way that he sits shyly and doesn’t want to interact. He needs someone who is in it for the long haul and willing to do the work to help him realize that humans can be a safe place. It won’t be a quick process, but you will be rewarded in the best way!

Happy Wednesday! Here is a collection of our “Wednesday’s Child(ren)”! However these kitties are not, as the saying goes, full of woe”, they are all awesome in their individual ways, they just have been waiting (in loving foster homes) for quite a while. These guys are often forgotten especially when we have playful kittens and more social kitties! Please consider a “long timer” as your new friend! It’s such a rewarding feeling to watch them bosom in their new home!

Tabby cats are very common but each one has their own look, coat characteristics, and of course, personality! This tabby trio is currently at Chandler Petsmart awaiting a visit for you! They are a shy bunch but only need time and love to earn your trust! ( just like all kitties and humans!)

Sabina was born April 1 2025
Here’s her story:
Meet this brave mama, a young cat who has already lived a lifetime of love and courage. She was found just days after giving birth, exhausted and trying her best to keep her newborns safe. RAIN stepped in and rescued her from a kill shelter, and from the moment she arrived, she showed her true nature — sweet, trusting, and grateful for every gentle hand that helped her care for her babies.
Motherhood hasn’t been easy. She raised three kittens all on her own, and like any single mom, she has her moments of sunshine and her moments of “please give me a minute.” But even on her grumpy days, she’s never unkind — just tired, honest, and deserving of rest.
Now that her kittens are growing and she finally has space to breathe, she’s ready for something she’s never had: a calm, adult home where she can be the only cat and the center of someone’s world. She dreams of soft blankets, quiet rooms, slow affection, and a human who understands that she’s healing from a busy chapter and stepping into a new one.
She’s done her job. She’s raised her babies.
Now she’s ready to be someone’s baby.
