USA Purebred Labs

USA Purebred Labs Home of The World's 1st Low Shed AKC Lab Puppies. Elevating Animal Welfare. Enhancing the breed and educating owners for the best experience in pet ownership.

Spiritually Awakening, Healing, Learning, Growth, Transformation, thru Higher Consciousness. Anyone can Breed Dogs
Anyone can breed dogs and most breeders do just that - they have very little invested in their dogs and when their dog's breeding years are over, the dog is discarded. What sets us apart is our level of genetic testing and responsibility. We employ responsible breeding from start to f

inish. To start, Labs enter our breeding program only after they pass a series of 16 genetic tests designed to w**d out disease and impure bloodline. We have achieved a successful streamlined process that focuses on preparing the client to ensure the best outcome in all respects. We prepare our clients by educating them to avoid common mistakes and pitfalls, basic obedience training, housebreaking, and crate training. To finish, our Fur-ever Home ensures that a USA Purebred Lab will never be surrendered to a shelter either. A person purchasing an untested AKC registered Labrador Retriever has an 87% chance that the dog will: Actually be a mixed breed, have hip dysplasia, carry or be affected with 1 of the 15 genetic diseases commonly found in Labrador Retrievers. So while we aren't the cheapest "English or American AKC Registered Pure Breed Lab Puppies For Sale" on the market, our breeding services are the best. USA Purebred Labs offers the most affordable and reliable breeding services resulting in English and American, AKC Registered, High Quality, Genetically Healthy, Conformation Size, Pure Breed or Purebred, AKC Registered Labrador Retriever Puppies, Yellow, White, Chocolate, and Black Lab Puppies "For Sale" on the market. Responsible Breeding
Responsible breeding is the solution to homeless pets. The Humane Society reports that mixed breeds are at the highest risk for surrender to shelters. 91% of animals surrendered to shelters were acquired for less than $100. It is no coincidence 90% of them are not spayed/neutered. Data indicates that 100% of dogs surrendered to shelters & 100% of shelter euthanizations are due to health, behavior, and temperament issues. These tragic outcomes can be avoided completely. DNA testing, pure-breeding, selective breeding, preparing the client for a new puppy, and early spay-neuter are the main tenets of Responsible Breeding. All of these tenets serve to eliminate genetic disease, resulting in health, known temperament, good behavior, and known pedigree.

The Best Choice
There are many options for acquiring a furry friend. Your next purchase will either be part of the problem or the solution to homeless pets. Irresponsible breeders start the shelter cycle but it's the buyer that encourages it. If you don't mind taking a chance on breed, temperament, and health, buy from a shelter or rescue. If you want a beautiful, genetically healthy, conformation size, pure breed Labrador Retriever, from a knowledgeable, experienced, reputable, and responsible breeder, choose USA Purebred Labs.

❤️ Loving yourself 🥰
Means treating yourself with the same compassion, patience, and respect you offer your closest friends. It is an ongoing, actionable habit of showing up for your own needs, setting healthy boundaries, and forgiving yourself for being perfectly human.
You can begin cultivating self-love with these daily practices:

* Audit Your Self-Talk: Pay attention to your inner voice. Whenever you catch yourself thinking something overly critical, consciously rephrase it into a neutral, constructive bridge statement. Speak to yourself as you would someone you deeply care about.

* Keep Promises to Yourself: Self-trust is built through consistency. Start small by keeping minor daily commitments (e.g., going to bed on time, taking a 10-minute walk), and you will naturally build confidence in yourself.

* Set Firm Boundaries: Loving yourself means protecting your energy. Practice saying "no" to people or situations that drain you or do not align with your core values, without feeling guilty.

* Acknowledge Your Feelings: Give yourself permission to feel messy, overwhelmed, or sad. Validate your emotional experiences rather than judging or shaming yourself for having them.

* Take Actionable Self-Care: Instead of relying only on words, prove your worth through actions. Prioritize your physical and mental health by eating well, exercising, or scheduling time for things that genuinely recharge you.

GIVE & RECEIVE LOVE FREELY
This is why we incarnate, to cultivate & express divine virtues which are all part of giving & receiving love freely.. The virtues we come to work on, (usually concentrating on 2 at a time, sometimes up to 4-5) are:

Divine virtues
1. Patience
2. Kindness
3. Gentleness
4. Faith (in a Loving Universe/God)
5. Trust (in self, others and the Universe)
6. Acceptance (being able to walk in another person’s shoes and allow them to be themselves; to accept your present/past life circumstances)
7. Compassion (for self and others)
8. Courage (to speak and live your truth; being your authentic self)
9. Self Love (to accept that you are a unique individual who has the God/Universal energy within)
10. Unconditional Love (the nonphysical type of love that honors and celebrates the uniqueness of all living things)
11. Peace
12. Joy
13. Gratitude
14. Empathy
15. Self-referencing (realizing that your intuition/gut reaction is based on truth and following it; tapping into yourself for knowledge and wisdom)
16. SHARING
17. REVERENCE FOR LIFE
18. COOPERATION
19. HARMONY
20. BALANCE
21. OPEN-HEARTEDNESS
22. HUMILITY
23. SPIRITUALITY
24. SELF-CONTROL
25. PERSEVERANCE
26. EQUANIMITY
27. ATTENTIVENESS
28. GENEROSITY
29. Coming into a greater knowing of one's strength and power
30. Forgiveness

These were compiled by Robert Schwartz, a spiritual teacher, author, and certified regression hypnotist known for his work in "pre-birth planning" and Between Lives Soul Regressions. He teaches that individuals consciously choose their life challenges—such as trauma, illness, and difficult relationships—before they are born to facilitate spiritual growth.

His Background and Awakening
* Spiritual awakening: In 2003, a session with a psychic medium triggered a profound spiritual shift, leading him to study spirituality and the metaphysical.
* Hypnosis certification: He is certified in Between Lives Soul Regressions, a hypnosis technique where clients are guided to access the "Council of Elders" to learn about their soul's specific life plan.

Core Concepts
* Pre-birth planning: He posits that souls plan their biggest challenges before birth to develop specific divine virtues.
* The "Victim" Paradigm: A central goal of his work is to help people move away from feelings of victimization, anger, and guilt by reframing suffering as a purposeful, conscious choice for soul evolution.

🤨 To learn compassion, you have to experience suffering

While personal hardship can profoundly deepen empathy and understanding, experiencing suffering is not a strict prerequisite for compassion. Compassion is a trainable skill rooted in shared humanity, observation, and the active, intentional choice to connect with and alleviate the pain of others.

Why Suffering Deepens Compassion
* Relatability: Going through hard times gives you firsthand knowledge of pain, making it easier to resonate with others' struggles.

* Shared Vulnerability: As author Bryan Stevenson highlights in Just Mercy, our shared brokenness is what nurtures our capacity to heal and care for one another.

How to Learn Compassion Without Experiencing Trauma
* Active Listening: Truly hearing someone else's story allows you to absorb their reality without needing to live it yourself.

* Perspective-Taking: Imagining yourself in another's shoes stimulates the same neural pathways as lived experience.

* Proactive Cultivation: Practices like loving-kindness meditation actively build your neural capacity for empathy and care, even if your own life has been relatively sheltered.

Psychological research, such as the studies explored in Greater Good Magazine, shows that individuals with less adversity can maintain just as much compassion and altruism as those who have suffered deeply, provided they view themselves as effective helpers.

😳 Self imposed limitations 😆
Self-imposed limitations are mental and emotional barriers we subconsciously create to avoid failure, discomfort, or the unknown. Stemming from fear or negative self-talk, they prevent us from taking action and reaching our potential. The good news is that because these limits are created in our minds, we have the power to break through them.

These internal restrictions typically present themselves in a few recognizable ways, as well as distinct strategies to overcome them.

Common Forms of Self-Limitation
* Imposter Syndrome: Feeling like a fraud despite your skills or qualifications, causing you to shy away from bigger roles.

* Perfectionism: The belief that if something can't be done flawlessly, it isn't worth starting.

* Negative Self-Talk: Using definitive internal statements like "I'm not creative" or "I can't do this" that become a self-fulfilling prophecy.

* Fear of the Unknown: Overestimating the risks of new challenges and choosing to stay in a "safe" comfort zone.

How to Break Through
* Audit Your Vocabulary: Replace absolute statements (e.g., "they won't let me") with empowering ones. Catch yourself when you say "I can't" and reframe it as "How can I?".

* Challenge Your Comfort Zone: Recognize that growth happens when you voluntarily attempt things you haven't done before to build confidence.

* Examine the Root Fear: Ask yourself if you are shrinking back out of a legitimate safety concern, or merely to protect your ego from the discomfort of failure.

* "Play Up": Surround yourself with or intentionally engage with people who are more advanced than you in your areas of interest. This pushes your boundaries and inspires growth.
