After October 9th, remaining pups will join us at our Charlotte, NC home in Ballantyne, continue training, trained and ready for homes 10/10.

Many near Death Experiences state that those who incarnate with the hardest lives become masters of the universe. This is also in tge Spirits’ Book.

Next time you look at that drug addict, homeless person chronically ill, handicapped, impoverished person, they are brave souls that chose growth over comfort.

What you can do: Do no harm, ease their hardship how you can.

1. TAKE PAUSE between stimulus & response.
2. INTEGRATE YOUR SHADOW. Acknowledge your capacity for harm but CHOOSE differently. “I feel rage boiling up, I have the capacity to rage at this person right now but I’m going to choose restraint instead.
3. RESET YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULARLY - especially when you feel triggered or anxious. DEEP BREATH IN, exhale OMMMM, repeat 5X
4. MEDITATE - still your mind. Don’t respond or feed thoughts.
5. REFLECT ON YOUR DAY, each night. Did you hurt anyone? Did you do anything you weren’t proud of? How will you do it differently “next time”?
6. Listen to your conscience to avoid repeating past mistakes (these are lessons learned from previous incarnations).

Eliminate selfishness from your heart to progress. It cancels out all other good qualities. It comes from being too focused on material things.

Laws, society, education keep selfishness alive. As people start to value moral & spiritual growth over material things, selfishness fades.

People become selfish for the way others treat them. When they see that others only care about themselves, they look to protect their self. This makes them focus more on their own needs instead of helping others.

If kindness and fairness became the foundation of society and people and nations treat each other with respect and generosity than everyone would think less about themselves because they would see others doing.the same.

People learn by example and kindness spreads when practiced.

For years, I stayed trapped—trapped in the death spiral of love-bombing, endless accusations, devaluation, taking the blame for their abuse, and clinging to the false hopes for improvement.
