🚨 **Reminder!** 🚨

As we mentioned in our previous post, we’re upgrading our computer software on August 18th to make things smoother, faster, and better for you and your furry family! 🐾

Just a quick recap:

🔹 We will be closed on Monday, August 18th
🔹 Reopening on Tuesday, August 19th with limited availability
🔹 Please expect some delays as we get the hang of the new system, but don’t worry—we’ll take care of every request as quickly as possible!

🚨🐾 Big News, Pet Parents! 🐾🚨

On August 18th, we will be undergoing a computer software upgrade. Why? Because we’re always looking for ways to make things smoother, faster, and better—for you and your furry family members!

This conversion will help us streamline our processes so we can focus even more on what matters most: delivering top-notch care (and treats!)

A few important notes as we prepare for this change:

* Our hospital will be closed on Monday, August 18th

* We will reopen on Tuesday, August 19th with limited availability to allow us to work out any kinks - you know, technology can be a bit unpredictable at times ;)

* Requests will take longer as we get comfortable with using the new software, but rest assured, we will get to every request that comes our way as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this exciting (and slightly terrifying 😅) transformation.

✅ Practice short separations to build comfort
✅ Create a cozy, enriching space for solo time

As a reminder, summer heat can be dangerous for pets, especially dogs with short snouts like Bulldogs, Pugs, and Frenchies.

Watch for signs of overheating like excessive panting or drooling, bright red gums, wobbling, or vomiting. If you notice these signs, get your pet to a cool area, offer water, and call us immediately.
