Covid-19 Protocol Update

Starting Monday, July 5th, we will be allowing clients inside whose pets have an exam scheduled with the veterinarian as we gradually return to normal operation.
To avoid crowding in the lobby, we will continue having clients wait in their vehicles until an exam room is ready. Please call upon arrival.
Curbside service will still be in effect for grooming clients, technician appointments, and the pick-up of medications or food.

Masks are required when inside regardless of your vaccine status.

Update: We are aware of the CDC's updated guidelines regarding fully vaccinated individuals. We will still be running a Curbside Concierge Service at this time. We are evaluating our ability to appropriately accommodate social distancing within the building.

MASKS WILL CONTINUE TO BE REQUIRED INSIDE; fully vaccinated individuals are NOT exempt. We appreciate your patience at this time and we will continue to keep you updated.

Important COVID-19 Vaccination Update:

Elkridge Animal Hospital will be continuing the recommended CDC guidelines for social distancing. Clients who have received the COVID-19 vaccination are not exempt from our restrictions at this time. Our hospital is running a Curbside Concierge Service until specific criteria is met.

Elkridge Animal Hospital’s COVID guidelines and polices will be revaluated at the end of the summer, then monthly as metrics continue to improve.

We thank you for your patience and understanding; your pet’s health remains our top priority as we navigate these difficult times. We will keep you updated regarding policy changes as soon as possible.

The hospital is currently switching over phone systems. This is causing a technical problem with our phone lines. Phone lines should be restored shortly, hopefully within the hour.
