Im going to pin this to the top of our page for a while below are the steps to take after your trial is over!! These are in the TRIAL SANCTIONING in our rules tab
After Your Trial
What to do after your trial:
• Trial results must be uploaded on our website, Under the Forms tab you will find Upload
Your Trial Results
• Trial results must be submitted in a copy and paste format and MUST come sorted.
• Handwritten or picture of scoresheets will no longer be accepted.
• Please include the trial name, the trial date, the class name, the handlers’ first and last
names, the name of the dog that was run, and the placings for the class. We need this
information for all handlers/dogs that run in a class, not just the handlers/dogs that placed.
• NCA qualifying points will be calculated by the NCA office when the results are received.
There is no need for you to calculate the class points when you send in your results.
• If you have ANY questions about dog or handler class eligibility, class requirements, or
sanctioning fees, please contact an NCA Director or the NCA office BEFORE paying your
fees.
• If your trial is co-sanctioned with another association, please be aware that their
year-end date may differ from that of the NCA and as a result, some Nursery dogs or
Novice and Intermediate handlers may not be eligible for the NCA class in which they
ran at your trial.
• If you will be paying your sanctioning fees online, this will be done after entering all of your
trial results, if you would rather receive an invoice so you can pay by check, please select
that option and an invoice will be sent to you.
• Results and Fees are due no later than 21 days after your trial date. If these fees are late
there will be a late fee of $25 per class per trial, your results will not be posted until all
sanctioning fees are paid in full. (Extenuating circumstances will be an exception to this rule)
• If your trial will be close to the end of year cutoff date to ensure points get posted sanctioning
fees will need to be paid online.
• Please note that NCA sanctioning fees are due for all runs in an NCA sanctioned
class, regardless of whether the handler is a NCA member.
• NCA memberships that were received and paid during your trial should be mailed to
