This is such a cool post!

Something I’ve done for several years during the National Anthem is I stop and take in where I’m at….
Take my eyes off the flag and do a 360° and look where I’m standing. This is no disrespect to the flag but the opposite. I want to see what that flag stands for I want to see America at that moment. I have been blessed to have watched the pageantry of the flag being displayed to the tune of our National Anthem in some of the most beautiful settings in the world and that is a time I drink it in and count my blessings to not only live in but get to see first hand the greatest country in the world.
34 years in rodeo and it still gets my heart when the flag comes in and the crowd cheers after the anthem is played.
