We'd like to officially introduce this lovely young lady to our Five Point family! ❤️

Some of you have already met Reagan! She's like a little sister to me (Megan), and she's become a pretty important part of our little operation.

Reagan is family to us, and when Josh and I can't be there, she's the one person we trust to step in and love on your pups just like we would. 🐾

We know how hard it can be to leave your dogs in someone else's care, and we don't take that responsibility lightly. Having someone we trust so completely is a blessing, and we are so lucky to have her!

So if you see Reagan around FPCC, make sure to say hello! ❤️

I love getting to be a safe place for dogs while their pawrents sneak away for a quick weekend getaway! ❤️

Leaving Friday and coming back Sunday? Don't overthink it! Send us their vaccine records, grab their food and a toy or two, and bring them on over. We'll handle the rest!

I say this because I used to overthink EVERYTHING when boarding our own dogs.

I'd portion out every meal, wash their beds, give them baths, brush them, trim their nails... basically prepare them for their first day of school. 😅

And you know what? If doing all that makes you feel better, I GET IT. I've been there!

But just know that your dog doesn't have to show up freshly bathed, perfectly brushed, and on their best behavior. We're dog people. We love them just the way they are and we aren't judging you for bringing a stinky dog and a bed with some slobber stains ❤️🐾

I have had an obsession with dogs that have eye patch markings since I was a little girl. Like… fighting back happy tears when I meet one kind of obsessed. 😅

Weird? Probably. But God made me this way, so here we are. 😂

Anywhoooo… this stuffed dog, Patches, was mine when I was little. A couple years ago, my son found it in my drawer and fell in love with it. Did I want to share? Absolutely not. Did I have to remind myself that I was the adult in this situation? Unfortunately. 🫣😂

Today I met Lizzie and Annie, and all I could think was "oh my gosh! Patches has come to life!" ❤️🐾

️ My secret to avoiding dog boarder burnout? A comfy chair in the play yard. 😂

If you drive past our property on any given evening, there's a good chance you'll see me wrapped in a blanket, earbuds in, watching the dogs play. Sometimes one even decides my lap is better than the entire yard.

It's my own little treat at the end of a long day. ✨🐾

“Are you guys ever going to expand so you can take more dogs?”

I mean… maybe someday. But the whole point of FPCC is to keep things small enough that we actually get to KNOW the dogs we're caring for.

And unfortunately, I've developed a habit of spending entirely too much time cuddling, talking to, and forming emotional attachments to dogs that don't even belong to me.

So until we figure out how to expand without turning FPCC into a doggy assembly line… we're at a bit of a standstill 🤷‍♀️

When we started FPCC, we knew next to nothing about this breed.

After caring for several over the past year, they've completely won us over! Now we get excited when one pops up on our schedule!

One thing about me? I'm going to do everything in my power to get your dog comfortable enough to eat while they're here. A full belly is a happy belly! ❤️

Mr. Bentley only eats if someone he trusts is nearby, and apparently I'm offically part of his inner circle! 🎉

He even started bringing me his toys today. Gifts? Sacrificial offerings? I'm not sure, but I think things are getting serious between us

Anyone else's dog have weird little eating habits?
