I don't usually talk too much about personal stuff here on my business page, however many of my clients know I suffer with migraines. Especially when the weather changes as much as it has been. I appreciate everyone being so kind when I need to reschedule or move things around, or come in later. Its greatly appreciated. This week has been absolutely terrible for me even with my medication. Just bare with me while I navigate and please be paitent if I'm running behind or need to reschedule. You all have been so great. Thank you! A couple things, if you are not reciveing your reminder texts let me know. However before you let me know, if you have an iPhone and do not ever confirm your appointments it has put the square number in your spam folder of your texts and you are no longer recieving them in your normally messaging thread. So make sure to check your spam folder. If you have an android and never click the link to confirm your appointments a similar thing has probably happened. If you ever text STOP on that thread there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I can do on my end. You have to text start back to the number. When you text stop it completely disables you from any reminders ever again. Even trying to create a new profile doesn't work because your same number is still attached to it. At the end of the day we are all adults and should be putting things in our phone calendars or a paper calendar and should not rely on the reminder texts. Its very convenient but there is only so much I can do to help with reminders.

I wanted to come on and just give everyone a heads up to new and current clients. I am currently booking for the week of August 10th. That means if you need to reschedule, that is the earliest have available right now. As well as for new people. I've even extended past normal working hours to accommodate. Please have patience with me during this very busy time. Its a great and not so great problem to have

Update: the June 12th appointment has been filled. I still have June 1st available for a couple dogs

I have had a cancelation for monday June 1st and a cancelation for friday June 12th if anyone wants it or wants moved up. I've apparently misplaced my cancelation list or didn't hit save. So if you're wanting in on either of those days let me know i can probably fit you in. Otherwise we are looking at mid july for the next appointments.

I wanted to warn/inform everyone. I usually stop taking new clients about May and pick them back up in January. However with the amount of senior dogs I have and clients passing away. I will not be doing that this year. As many of you know I do go on the same 2 vacations in the summer so things get crazy. I expect them to be even more crazy this year with me continuing to accept new clients even throughout the summer. With that being said. Everyone is usually on a schedule. If you want to stick to your 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 etc....week schedules you may want to think about either booking 2 appointments ahead or book for the whole year. I have many people who book for the year so that is an option. If you choose to continue to just book 1 appointment at a time (which is still completely fine) just expect that sometimes you may have to wait a little bit because that week may already be booked. I am doing my best to run my business to the best of my ability. There will always be a cancelation list if you want to be on it for an appointment sooner than what you have but its not always a guarantee you'll get in off that cancelation list. But it does happen! Thank you all so much for your business and always choosing me to be a part of your lives.

I was talking to some clients this week and today (rescheduled from snow), and realized I've been grooming 17 years in March and took my first housecall client in 2013. I've also realized I'm not a young groomer anymore even though I'm constantly learning new things all the time. I had a realization, I have a plethora of knowledge I can share due to my experience. As a groomer and business owner. If you are a client, person who just owns a dog, groomer, or business owner and have any questions or topics you'd like me to address or speak on.
