I was talking to some clients this week and today (rescheduled from snow), and realized I've been grooming 17 years in March and took my first housecall client in 2013. I've also realized I'm not a young groomer anymore even though I'm constantly learning new things all the time. I had a realization, I have a plethora of knowledge I can share due to my experience. As a groomer and business owner. If you are a client, person who just owns a dog, groomer, or business owner and have any questions or topics you'd like me to address or speak on. I am still accepting new clients but there are going to be some policy changes for new clients due to recent events. There will now be a required non refundable deposit for all new clients moving forward. Also due to recent events, there will be a new cancelation policy in place. It is going to be $50 per dog canceled with a less than 24 hour notice. Thank you all for your business.

I just want to say a huge thank you to old and new clients. My ads have worked their magic. The word of mouth has been great. And I couldn't thank you all enough. Being a business owner is great but it comes with many challenges. As many of you know I do roughly 5-10 dogs a day. This week on monday I did 1, before the ads I was only going to do 2 on Wednesday, 2 on Thursday and 1 on friday. Because of all of you I became fully booked except friday, and even cancelations I had for next week are filled. The cancelations this week have probably been the most I've has since I've started this business. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have had for every single person who has shared, commented or have done other things to help my business. Business ebs and flows. Just thank you all from the bottom if my heart. This is what shares and comments from social media get with small businesses. Even if you don't use the business, can't afford the business or don't have use for the product or service doesn't mean someone on your timeline can't use it. Support your small business even if it just means a like, share or comment. That helps sooooo much.

I've had an Ohio cancelation for tomorrow the 5th at 130 pm and could possibly fit multiple dogs or appointments in. I wanted to get on here to update on a few things. Its summer, I'm usually crazy busy during summer and holiday times. That being said I'm currently booking for August. So if you cancel an appointment, unless I have a cancelation, you're looking at waiting til August. I am still accepting new clients but again still booking for August. The new clients must be under 30 pounds. I also have a new set up for my tote box. Its much lighter and not as bulky. So you'll be seeing that change. Thank you so much for your business I appreciate all of you.
