Please note that the famous “Rainbow Chicken” has decided she would like to be a mom. This is what’s referred to as “going broody”. This means she will not be attending programs for approx 21 days (the incubation period for a domestic chicken) Once her babies have hatched she will start to attend programs again.

While she is incubating her babies you can still see my young group of white silkie juveniles. I got this group as “Rainbow Chicken” was my only silkie left. Hopefully in the future “Rainbow Chicken” will have an understudy so that if she decides she wants to go broody again, you guys won’t have to miss out. 🌈🐓

This is all apart of allowing my animals as much freedom to chose as possible, for their best welfare 💜

Just so clients know, I can always move into a garage or indoor space if the weather is bad I do have a solid tarp to protect your floors, or if you’d prefer the animals not come inside I also have a tent.

Today I returned to a house in Boston for some fun in the sun at a Birthday party! The tortoises and “Bluey” the blue tongue skink loved basking In the sun while the bunnies goats, and chickens hung out in the shade.

I had a really great time at a 1st Birthday today!🥺🥳🎂 When I tell you watching a child smile because they’re interacting with one of your animals, is truly something special. Facilitating a love and appreciation of animals for the smallest of beebs is one of the reasons I do what I do.

Also just because it’s pouring rain doesn’t mean the party has to stop! My animals are so used to being around people and being handled that means I don’t need a huge corral and I can totally come inside if need be. When I tell you my goats have gotten so used to a heated barn and the fact that they were bottle raised in my house means they LOVE coming inside 🐐💅🏻

Also super proud of my group of young silkies who will hopefully be my program’s future “rainbow chickens” and Judy Hops my True German Giant Rabbit they’re new to my zoo and they have been doing well at their first few programs :)
