Thanksgiving is all about good food and gratitude, but some household favorites aren’t safe for pets.

🚫 Do not share: turkey bones, onions, garlic, grapes/raisins, chocolate, ham/ham bones, gravy, alcohol, and rich or fatty foods. Also, keep an eye out for any products containing xylitol!

✅ Safer treats: a small taste of plain turkey (no skin, no seasoning) or plain veggies like green beans and carrots (no seasoning, butter, onions or garlic).

Reminder we are still running our holiday pet food/supplies drive through December! Can be new, opened and resealed unexpired pet food, gently used pet supplies, etc! EIGHT raffle prizes ranging between $78-$100 will be selected at the end of December and so far some prizes have no tickets in them! All donation going to local pet pantries for those in need ❤️💚

🎁 For the holidays this year, City Creatures will be running a pet supplies/food drive to help the families and pets in need in WNY. We’ve linked up with WNY Food 4 Paws, which collects donations and manages the pet food pantries around Buffalo, and have a barrel in the lobby to collect donations!

🎟️ In an effort to inspire donations during this often difficult time of year, we're going to be doing some raffles in exchange for donations. Simply stop in with your donations and visit the reception desk for tickets and a chance to win one of our raffles.

📣 Spread the word to your family and friends, and share this post, so we can truly maximize what we can do to help our community in hard times ❤️

Donation Guidelines:
-Dry or canned pet food, treats, and other pet supplies graciously accepted.
-Open and damaged bags are accepted as long as the manufacturer's information and product's expiration date are visible.
