Jed has been doing great in our Intro to Canine Fitness Class!!!

Jed and mom have been working with us since he was a little baby and she has been able to notice the litter differences in his body awareness overtime! It’s so fun to see owners and their dogs connect while doing fitness! 🤩❤️🐾

Welcome Elsa to fitness classes! 🤩

This pretty girl has been in our most recent round of “Introduction to Canine Fitness” at !

Elsa has been totally rocking everything I throw at her (even with only having 3 legs!). She has been very confident and willing to learn with mom. I love to see it! Elsa and mom want to learn some of the basics and how to progress exercises in order to safely keep her in the best shape possible! Way to go team Elsa and I can’t wait to keep watching you grow. 💜

Welcome Mik to fitness classes! He has rocked the first two weeks of our introduction to canine fitness classes.

This class is for:
🐾Building confidence
🐾Exposing dogs and their owners to different types of fitness equipment and when to use it
🐾Teaching owners handling skills
🐾Going over the basics of important posture

First two weeks of class we learned:
🐾How and when to manually stretch your dog
🐾Front paws up on stable and low equipment
🐾Front paws on one platform and rears on another
🐾Wrapping around cones
🐾Pivoting
🐾Side stepping
🐾Spins
🐾Give paw
🐾Bow
🐾Sit, down, stand and what good posture looks like
🐾How to introduce back feet work
🐾Hand touches and targets

We have a total of 6 weeks and much more to learn! Each week will build on the next and I can’t wait to see how far these pups get! 🤩
