Every day between December 10th and December 23rd, 12 select pets will have a special adoption fee of just $12! When one pet finds a home, another takes their place in the "12 Strays" lineup!

Another successful month of Spay/Neuter services under our belt! 👏

358 pets were spayed or neutered in November. If you’re keeping track, that means we have done over 31,710 surgeries since the Mobile Spay/Neuter Unit was launched in September 2017. 👏

These pets (PLUS a few more small doggies! 😇) will be exclusively available at this adoption event. Even better - the pets at this event will have $0 adoption fees, so you can spoil them with extra toys and treats!

It’s Giving Tuesday, and today we’re celebrating the lifesaving miracles YOU make possible. Because of your generosity, pets with nowhere else to turn get the second chances they deserve. 💙

Meet Milkweed, Thistle & Nettle. 😻 In June, these tiny, orphaned kittens were found alone in rural Brazos County. They were cold, hungry, and covered in fleas, with no mom in sight. Our team jumped into action with baths, medical care, and vaccines.

But soon, a cat with Panleukopenia (a deadly, highly contagious virus) entered the shelter, putting these fragile babies at serious risk. Thanks to your support, we activated emergency isolation protocols and a foster family immediately stepped up to keep them safe in quarantine. 🙏

All three kittens stayed healthy… and when it was time to return for adoption? Their foster family couldn’t say goodbye. Triple foster fail! Milkweed, Thistle, and Nettle were adopted together and are now happily ruling their forever home.
