7 years ago, I stepped away from my sales job to chase a vision, a dream and a desire. I didn’t know exactly where it would lead I just knew I had to give it a chance. That leap of faith grew into what is now The Authentic LLC 🐴.
I often tell myself, my students and the good folks around me, “Never say never.” Life has a funny way of changing the agenda and rewriting the plans we thought we had figured out.
These 7 years have brought some incredible highs and some humbling lows. There have been moments that made me unbelievably proud and others that challenged me more than I ever expected. But every single one has helped build the foundation of this business and shape me into the horsewoman, trainer, coach and person I am today.
I’m forever grateful for the people who believed in the vision, the students and families who trusted me, the friends who encouraged me, the opportunities that opened doors, and especially the horses who continue to be some of my greatest teachers.
My mindset remains the same: strive to be better than you were the day before, stay true to yourself, and always be kind to the people traveling this journey alongside you.
Seven years later, I’m still dreaming. Still learning. Still working. Still growing. And still incredibly grateful that I get to call this crazy horse-filled life my career.
