🐾 Scratching isn’t the only sign your pet may be uncomfortable.

Many itchy pets actually show more subtle symptoms like paw licking, head shaking, scooting, rubbing against furniture, or excessive grooming. Some pets may even develop redness, hot spots, or hair loss over time.

While occasional scratching can be normal, persistent irritation may point to allergies, skin infections, parasites, or other underlying conditions.

If your pet seems uncomfortable more often than not, it may be time to schedule a visit with us to help identify the cause and find relief. πŸ’™

POV: You brought your pet in for vaccines, and they're acting like we've scheduled them for a medieval battle. πŸ˜…

We get it. Nobody loves shots. The good news? Vaccine appointments are quick, and the protection they provide lasts much longer than the momentary poke.

And let's be honest, most pets recover remarkably fast once the treats come out. πŸͺ

A little bravery today can help protect your pet from serious diseases tomorrow.

Whether your pet is fearless, dramatic, or Oscar-worthy, we're here to make their visit as comfortable as possible.

Pools can help pets cool off, but they also come with important risks.

Chlorine and salt water can irritate skin, eyes, and stomach if swallowed. Dogs can easily become exhausted, experience temperature shock in cold water, or develop ear and skin infections from lingering moisture. Not all dogs are strong swimmers, so drowning is a real concern.

For safe pool use, always supervise closely, limit swim time to 15 to 20 minutes, offer frequent breaks, and provide fresh drinking water. Rinse your pet after swimming and dry their ears thoroughly to support pet wellness and prevent infections.

For a safer option, consider a shallow kiddie pool or sprinkler for cooling without the risks.
